Watercress Yellow Croaker

Wash the fish, chop garlic, slice ginger, and mince Pixian bean paste.

Put the fish in the pan, fry it on one side, turn it over and fry on the other side, and fry until both sides are slightly golden brown, and set aside for later use.

After sautéing, add a small bowl of water to the pot, then pour soy sauce and white wine, add the fried fish after the water is boiled, turn to a low heat and cover the pot to cook the fish.
