Waterless Hot Pot

Wash the ingredients, cut them well, place the ones with more moisture, the ones that are easy to cook on the bottom, and the ones that are hard to cook on the top.

Slowly burn the minimum fire for about 40 minutes, depending on the amount.

I put it from bottom to top: winter melon, potatoes, soybean sprouts, thick shutters, chicken wings, clams, radishes, shrimps, put a few slices of ginger, and finally put beef shutters, lamb, and beef tongue ten minutes before turning off the fire.
