Watermelon Coconut Milk Sago
1.
Ingredients: 1 can of coconut milk, 50 grams of sago
2.
Add water to the pot and bring to a boil. Pour the sago into the pot, turn to a low heat, cover and cook (add enough water, because the sago will become very sticky when cooked. Stir it from time to time during cooking to avoid muddy bottom)
3.
Cook until there is a little white spot in the middle of the sago dew, turn off the heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes
4.
Take it out after 10 minutes, the cold water is too cold
5.
Change the water in the pot and bring it to a boil. Pour the sago in the cold water and cook until there is no white heart.
6.
Cool the water several times, put it in the refrigerator for later use
7.
Add 500ml of water to the pot, pour into a can of coconut milk, mix well and boil
8.
Add 2 tablespoons of white sugar and stir to melt the sugar
9.
After cooling, put it in the refrigerator, take it anytime
10.
Watermelon cut into small pieces
11.
Take out the sago and coconut milk from the refrigerator, scoop it into the cup with a spoon, and add the watermelon quickly

Tips:
1. The cold water must be too cold, otherwise it will all get together.
2. Remember to put sago after the water has boiled.
