Watermelon Popsicles

This is a half stone melon I bought after get off work.

I was too lazy to cut with a knife, so I used a spoon to dig out the right amount of pulp.

Because the sweetness will decrease a bit after freezing, and the melon is not very sweet, so add a little sugar, or add honey.

Start the juicer and make watermelon juice.

Pour the watermelon juice into the popsicle box, and dug a little piece of fruit into it.

Put the sticks in and freeze them in the refrigerator for at least one night. The longer time it freezes, it will make it harder. If there are other foods in the refrigerator, it is recommended to wrap the popsicle box with plastic wrap, which is more hygienic.

After the popsicle is frozen, the popsicle is very firm after being taken out. The popsicle can not be pulled out after it has been warmed up for a few minutes or washed with tap water outside of the box.
Tips:
1. Frozen the fruit into juice, generally the sweetness will be reduced a little, add a little sugar or honey to increase the sweetness, but not too much, it will be very greasy.
2. Because this is pure watermelon juice, the water content is relatively large, and there is no added material that helps solidify, so it is easier to melt.
3. It is not necessary to use a popsicle box. It is also good to use an ice cube box to make small ice cubes. You can use an ice crusher or a wall breaker to make a smoothie that is delicious, or throw it into other drinks to increase the flavor.
