Tips:
Watermelon note:
1. After the watermelon is opened, it is best to keep that small piece of melon skin, so that the final product has a more complete appearance.
2. Because a lot of pomace was filtered out, I was definitely dissatisfied in the end. If you want to fill it up, you need to add some water. If you add water, it is recommended to put some sugar. If you don't add water, this recipe doesn't need sugar.
3. When cutting, use a knife to gently cut the skin of the melon. Don't cut it like a real watermelon, or the pudding inside will be stirred by the knife.
Precautions for the use of gelatin tablets:
1. Gelatine tablets must be softened with cold water, preferably ice water.
2. Don't put the gelatin tablets all at once, but open them one by one, so that the effect of soaking is more uniform and the time is short.
3. Generally, it can be used after soaking in ice water for 5-10 minutes.
4. The step of dissolving the gelatin tablets is very important. Do not use boiling water to wash the gelatin tablets, otherwise it will not be stirred up piece by piece.
5. Warm water of about 45 degrees is the best temperature to stir the gelatine tablets.
6. Because the heating of watermelon juice will affect the taste by layering, so I use the water bath method. In addition, the easiest way for novices to master is the water bath.
7. The recommended ratio of gelatin to juice is 1:30, but the situation of each brand will be slightly different, so be sure to read the instructions carefully.
