Watermelon Sago
1.
Prepare materials.
2.
Put water in the pot and boil, add sago, turn to low heat, cover and cook for 20-25 minutes. When the sago is transparent and there is only a small white spot in the middle, turn off the heat, cover and simmer for 3 minutes.
3.
When the sago becomes completely transparent, pick it up with a mesh sieve, and run it with cold water several times.
4.
Peel the watermelon, remove the seeds with a fork, and cut into small pieces. Put the watermelon cubes in a food processor and squeeze them into juice.
5.
After filtering, put in a large bowl.
6.
Pour the sago into the watermelon juice, add honey and soak for at least 15 minutes.
7.
It tastes better when placed in the refrigerator.
Tips:
1. Be sure to boil the water before adding the sago, otherwise the sago will become sticky.
2. When cooking sago, be sure to stir it at any time to avoid sticking to the pan.
