Watermelon Sago
1.
Prepare ingredients.
2.
Boil the water in the milk pan, add sago and stir constantly, and cook until only a little white.
3.
After removing it, pass it in cold water several times and soak it in cold water for later use.
4.
Prepare a disposable plastic lunch box with a knife at the bottom. It doesn't need to be too big, it can flow smoothly. Put a cup under the lunch box. Dig out the watermelon and place it in the lunch box and use a spoon to continuously crush the watermelon so that the original watermelon juice will flow down.
5.
Until the watermelon no longer produces water, we pour out the broken watermelon and put it in a small colander, and use the spoon to squeeze out the remaining watermelon juice. We can't waste it at all.
6.
Pressed watermelon juice and soaked sago.
7.
Pour the water in the sago dew and pour it into the watermelon juice. This step is basically complete.
8.
Then use a spoon to dig a few small watermelon balls and place them in the cup, and put mint leaves to decorate them. It's more delicious to drink after iced.
Tips:
1. Watermelon juice itself is very sweet, no need to add sugar or honey.
2. When cooking the sago, it must be cooked until it is a little bit smaller before it is fully cooked, and it must be stirred constantly to avoid muddy pot.
