Watermelon Toast

Prepare the ingredients.

Put all the ingredients in the main ingredient except butter in the bread bucket of the bread machine, with liquid, sugar and salt, milk powder and flour, and finally put yeast.

Turn on the kneading and fermentation dough function of the bread machine, knead for 15 minutes and then add butter until the bread machine program is completed and the dough rises to 2.5 times the size.

After the dough is vented, it is divided into 2 pieces of 100g, 1 piece of 40g, and 4 pieces of dough.

Take 2 pieces of 100g dough, take one of them, add barley leaves and knead evenly, add bamboo charcoal powder and knead it to black, and knead the largest piece to red.

Divide all the dough into two parts, and roll the red dough into a dough sheet and top with dried cranberries.

The red dough is rolled into a roll, and the white dough is rolled into a cake to wrap the red dough.

Then wrap the green dough.

The black dough is rolled into strips to decorate the pattern of the long watermelon.

Put the prepared bread dough in a toast mold, ferment to 8 minutes full, put it in a 180-degree preheated oven, and bake for about 25 minutes.

Cool the bread out of the oven and cut it into slices with a bread knife before eating.
Tips:
1. Dye the dough separately after fermentation.
2. This bread needs to be fermented twice, each fermented to about twice as large, don't over-ferment.
3. If the pattern is clearer, the baking time can be shortened.
4. The baking time and temperature can be adjusted according to your own oven.
