Wenzhou Fish Ball

Removal of scales, gills and internal organs of rice fish

Cut down from the head, don’t cut, then slice the fish sideways

There are some thorns on the sliced fish, remove the thorns, and then cut into small strips

Rub ginger into ginger and add it with green onions, cornstarch, pepper, salt and cooking wine

Keep grasping with your hands, if you want to eat a little bit more tenaciously, grab it a little longer

Boil a pot of boiling water, turn off the heat when the water is turned on (you can also change the smallest heat without turning off)

Use chopsticks or spoon to poke the caught fish into boiling water to solidify

Then fish it out, it's irregularly shaped

Wash the pot, then boil a pot of boiling water, pour the fish balls after the water is boiled, and boil

Add seaweed and dried shrimp
