Wenzhou fish ball is a famous local snack in Wenzhou. Different from fish balls everywhere, they are irregular strips with a translucent jade white color. With fresh fish as the main ingredient, the authentic Wenzhou fish balls have three major characteristics: that is, the ingredients are sufficient, tenacious and delicious

Wenzhou Fish Ball

1. Removal of scales, gills and internal organs of rice fish

2. Cut down from the head, don’t cut, then slice the fish sideways

3. There are some thorns on the sliced fish, remove the thorns, and then cut into small strips

4. Rub ginger into ginger and add it with green onions, cornstarch, pepper, salt and cooking wine

6. Keep grasping with your hands, if you want to eat a little bit more tenaciously, grab it a little longer

7. Boil a pot of boiling water, turn off the heat when the water is turned on (you can also change the smallest heat without turning off)

8. Use chopsticks or spoon to poke the caught fish into boiling water to solidify

Tips:
