Western Food, Fried Steak

Ingredients: red wine, white sugar, 1 steak, butter, black pepper beef seasoning, sea salt, lemon, garlic, broccoli

Take the steak out of the refrigerator and use kitchen paper towels to absorb the moisture. I use raw steak that does not need to be washed, which will wash away fiber and affect the taste.

To dry the steak, add black pepper, sea salt, and seasoning, and then cook the steak with red wine sauce.

Pour the red wine into the boiling pot and add the white sugar after boiling. Among them, dry wine should be selected for red wine. The ratio of red wine to white sugar is 2:1, which is also called the golden juice ratio.

The red wine is boiled until it has a lot of bubbles, has a sticky feel, and the color is bright red. Turn off the heat, and the red wine sauce is ready.

Heat the pan, cut a small piece of butter, put it in the pan to soften, pour the garlic and stir fry until fragrant. The fried steak should be buttery and soft. Olive oil can also be used, other oils are not suitable for frying steak

Adjust to high temperature, add the marinated steak and fry until the skin is crispy, flip the other side, and continue to fry until flipping every 30 seconds. According to the taste you like, it is mature or fully cooked. I like to eat fully cooked, charred outside and inside Tender.

Cut the fried steak into two pieces, put it on the plate, add some lemon slices as a decoration material, squeeze a few drops of lemon juice on the steak, and then pour the boiled red wine sauce on the steak. You can also add tomato sauce, black Pepper sauce.
Tips:
1. Choose dry wine for red wine; the ratio of red wine to white sugar is 2:1. 2. Don't wash the steak, just use a kitchen paper towel to absorb the moisture. 3. Use butter or olive oil to fry the steak; 4. At the beginning, put it into the pot on high heat, and when it is deep brown, change to medium and low heat.
