Muffins are made in Western style. They are very similar to our omelets. They can not only be used for breakfast, but also a good choice for afternoon tea. Make the batter a little bit thinner, you can fry out the pancakes with a slightly crispy outer skin, soft and tender inside, you can drizzle jam, honey, or ham and eat together. My simple method is to sift a little powdered sugar and eat it with fruit.

Western Muffins

1. Melt the butter in water

2. Add in caster sugar, mix well, let cool for later use

3. Pour the milk slowly into the flour

4. Stir into a particle-free batter

5. Add beaten eggs to the batter

6. Mix well

7. Then add the cold butter

8. Mix well

9. Heat a pan to heat, turn off the heat, and scoop a spoonful of muffin batter

10. Turn on a low heat and wait for the batter to set

11. Fry on both sides of medium and small fire

12. Wait until both sides are golden and ripe, and finally decorate with strawberries and powdered sugar
