White Chocolate Rose
1.
Sift the powdered sugar into a bowl, chop the chocolate, mix the water malt and cooking oil
2.
Melt the white chocolate in water, mix the water malt and cooking oil and heat it over water (the chocolate and water malt are heated to the same temperature)
3.
Pour the melted chocolate into a water malt bowl and stir well
4.
Pour the 4-step mixture into powdered sugar
5.
Mix well with a spatula
6.
Put the soft chocolate in a fresh-keeping bag and refrigerate it. It can be used after it hardens.
7.
Knead the chocolate into sized balls and set aside
8.
In addition, take a small piece and knead it into a drop shape to make the stamen. The chocolate is too soft and will fall off with a toothpick, so take a piece of chocolate and flatten it as a base, and place the stamen directly on the base to fix it.
9.
Flatten the rubbed ball, thin the edges, and surround the stamen
10.
Make the petals in order from the inside to the outside
