The homemade white kidney bean filling has a lot of sand and a very delicate taste. The only trouble is that the white kidney beans need to be peeled one by one, but it is worth it for the taste.

White Kidney Bean Filling

1. Soak white kidney beans in 400 grams of water for 6 hours

2. Then peel off the skin of the white kidney beans one by one

3. Pour the peeled white kidney beans into the inner pot of the electric pressure cooker and add 200 grams of water

4. Press for 15 minutes

5. Strain the pressed white kidney beans to remove excess water

6. Use a food processor to make a fine paste

7. Pour into the bread machine

8. Start the bread machine and select the jam function

9. After the program starts to stir, add the white sugar

10. 20 minutes before the end of the program, add maltose

11. When the program is over, the white kidney bean filling is ready

Tips:

If you don't have a bread machine, you can use a non-stick pan on low heat to fry slowly.
