In a blink of an eye, another year of Mid-Autumn Festival is approaching, and I feel that time is flying by, and I am full of emotions. In this family reunion, you always need a big dish to finalize. If you don’t want to make troublesome traditional mooncakes, just steal a little laziness, try a little knife, and try simple and delicious snowy mooncakes!

Snowy Mooncake

1. Peel the kidney beans and boil them, add appropriate amount of oil and sugar, fry them to make fillings, then add a small amount of matcha powder and mix well.

2. Divide the mooncake stuffing into equal parts and roll them into a ball.

3. Pour the milk in another large bowl, and add salad oil to the milk.

4. Then pour in powdered sugar, wheat starch, sticky rice flour, and glutinous rice flour in the order, and stir evenly.

5. Pour into a heat-resistant container, and steam on high heat.

6. Stir it for ten minutes until it's completely cooked and let cool on the side.

7. Knead into glutinous rice balls after cooling down.

8. Start making moon cakes, as shown in the picture——

9. As solid as a bun.

10. Take an appropriate amount of glutinous rice flour and stir-fry, set aside.

11. Dip the cooked glutinous rice flour on the outside and place it in the mold and press firmly.

12. It can be demoulded.
