This kind of mushroom is rarely bought. In our small town, there is only one stall owner selling it. The price is more expensive than the eryngii mushroom. The fleshy leaves are thick, and it tastes very good.
The red hot pepper is added for color matching, because it is out of the pot after being added and stir-fried, so this dish does not have a spicy taste. If you have a spicy taste, please add it in the pot instead. "

White Ling Mushroom

1. Wash Bailing Mushrooms.

2. Cut diagonally into large pieces with a knife.

3. Put a small amount of oil in the pot and stir-fry.

4. Stir until there is almost no water, add oyster sauce, stir well and add red pepper rings.

5. Stir-fry for a while, add coriander and stir well.

Tips:

1. Don't add water when frying the mushrooms, stir dry to get the water out.

2. There is a certain amount of salt in oyster sauce, so I didn't add any more salt.
