Sauce Pork Ribs Claypot Rice

Soak and rinse the ribs in clean water several times in advance, wash the blood inside and remove them for later use.

This step uses a ceramic pot that can be dried dry. Put a little oil in the pot and stir fry the ginger slices.

Pour in the soaked ribs.

Stir fry over medium heat until the color changes.

Add a spoonful of sweet noodle sauce and a spoonful of soy sauce, and continue to fry until the sauce comes out.

Add rice wine, you can also use cooking wine, I personally like to use rice wine.

Add boiling water to submerge the ribs.

After the water is boiled, turn to a low heat and simmer for an hour to simmer the ribs until soft.

One piece of Bailing Mushroom, wash and cut into pieces.

Use a small ceramic pot, put a little oil in the pot, stir fry the Bailing Mushrooms to create a fragrance.

The rice is washed and spread on Bailing Mushroom. Bailing mushrooms are not suitable for mashing the bottom of the pan.

Take an appropriate amount of the stewed ribs, spread on the rice, scoop 2 tablespoons of the ribs soup into the pot, and add some water. The total amount of liquid should be about half a centimeter under the rice.

Cover the lid and continue to simmer for about 15 minutes. Don't turn it on immediately after turning off the heat, and simmer for a few more minutes.

Open and enjoy the cooked pork ribs in clay pot rice.
Tips:
1. Use a small fire all the way.
2. There are a lot of spare ribs, the rest can be eaten again
3. Bailing mushrooms can be replaced with other mushrooms or left alone, and the appropriate amount of green vegetables will do at the end.
