1. Melt the white chocolate in water and put it in a flower bag.

Cut a small mouth and pull a string on the balloon to make it into a net. Put it in the refrigerator and freeze to form.

Take it out and pierce the balloon to get a semi-circular chocolate net.

Pour whipped cream and water syrup into the pot and heat it up to a slight boil (about 85°)

5. Pour the chocolate to melt

6. Add butter while remaining warm, press and mix smoothly

Pour into a flat square baking dish, put in the refrigerator and freeze until hard

8. Take out and cut into rectangular blocks with a knife. Just sift the cocoa powder to decorate.
