Since I was a child, I like to eat this white noodle cake, a classic Chinese style pasta. I made a copy this morning and planned to give it to my mother, and I sent it to share with you by the way. The practice is basically zero failure! "

White Noodles

1. Prepare materials! Pour the sugar into a small basin. Flour and yeast magnify pot.

2. Rinse the sugar with a little boiled water

3. Add cold water to the sugar water to make the sugar water almost cold to the touch.

4. Stir the flour and yeast

5. Pour the sugar water slowly into the flour, stirring while pouring.

6. Stir it into a thick batter

7. Stir the batter clockwise again.

8. Pour an appropriate amount of vegetable oil into the steamer gauze to soak it.

9. Spread gauze on the steamer and brush a little vegetable oil on the edges.

10. Pour the stirred batter into the steamer.

11. Smooth the surface with a spatula dipped in clean water.

12. Ferment in a steamer for about 1 hour. Prepare enough water in the steamer.

13. Prepare red and green silk and two red dates, and cut the red dates into pieces.

14. The fermented batter looks fluffy and has many bubbles on the surface.

15. Decorate the hair cake.

16. After the steamer is boiled, continue to heat for 25-30 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it sit for about 5 minutes before opening the lid.

17. Take out the steamer, tear off the gauze and cut into pieces.

Tips:

When fermenting noodles, heat the water under the steamer a little bit to increase the speed of fermentation. Put enough water under the steamer at one time, about half a pot.
