White Three Chop

Prepare materials.

Add cooking wine and salt to the meat and marinate for 20 minutes.

Tips:
1. The amount of salt should be less, the duck egg itself is very salty.
2. You can put more spicy hot peppers to make it more fragrant.
3. This dish only uses duck egg whites, not duck egg yolks.
