White Vinegar Can Also Make Tofu
1.
Prepare white vinegar, cake molds, bottom tray for live cake molds, and flour sieve.
2.
Soak the soybeans for more than 5 hours, and mix with water in a ratio of 1:6 to make soy milk
3.
Cook the soy milk, slowly drip into the white vinegar, and stir while dripping until it looks like the picture.
4.
Squeeze the soy milk with clean gauze
5.
Spread it flat in the flour sieve, and put the flour sieve in the cake mold.
6.
Fold the gauze that exposed the mold neatly to just wrap the bean dregs, put a movable bottom mold chassis on it, and add a heavy object to flatten it into a block. After the water leaks out, it becomes tofu.
7.

Tips:
1. Our flour sieve is slightly smaller than the mold, so it can fit in the cake mold, and the flour sieve is not as high as the cake mold, so that moisture can be pressed out in the final step. Some people also use wood to make tofu boxes by themselves, with eyes on the bottom to facilitate water leakage, and a lid on the top to squeeze moisture.
2. If you want to eat softer tofu, just press it for a while, or press it lightly.
3. When ordering white vinegar, be sure to add it slowly, and just look at it.
