1. Wash the whitebait.
2. Add to the beaten eggs.
3. Add chopped green onion and salt and mix well.
4. Heat oil in the pot, pour the egg mixture, turn the pot, let the egg mixture spread out into a round cake.
5. Fry on both sides until golden brown, sprinkle with chopped green onion.
