Whitebait Omelette

Prepare the ingredients.

Wash the whitebait in salt water and rinse with water in a vegetable basket. Drain the water. Add a little salt, and mix fish with cooking wine. (Add some salt to the fish, add some salt before cooking to remove the fishy)
