Whole Grain Bread

Put all the ingredients together in the bread machine and stir until the dough can pull out the mask. Prove at room temperature for 50 minutes (to 2 times the size)

Divide the dough into 12 equal parts, then round it and put it in a baking tray to relax for 30 minutes (small dough 40~45g/piece)

Preheat the oven at 170~180 degrees, about 22~25 minutes
