Whole Wheat Fruit and Vegetable Sandwich

Cut cucumber, purple cabbage, and carrot into shreds, ready for use

Spread a thick layer of purple cabbage after removing the sides of the toast

Cover with a piece of toast and then spread lettuce and ham slices again
4.
Spread the cucumber and carrot shreds at the end. (It can be sprinkled with black pepper in vegetables to taste more flavor)
5.
Cover the top with a slice of whole wheat toast
Tips:
If it feels dry, you can add a small amount of tomato paste in the middle
