Whole Wheat Stevia Toast
1.
It is this kind of stevia, so we only need 4 to 5 grams to make it! This kind of sugar is easier to ferment than xylitol! (Not for advertising! Because there are also people with diabetes in the family who eat it)
2.
Put the ingredients except butter in the bread machine, knead for 10 minutes, then add butter and continue kneading for 20 minutes! Generally, I use refrigerated milk to make toast, because the temperature of the dough will be higher if the kneading time is long! The quality of the kneading determines the taste of the bread!
3.
The kneaded dough, stretched by hand, is very thin and has good scalability! If you knead it with your hands, you need to knead it to the state of the picture!
4.
Then continue to knead the dough smoothly and put it in the bread machine for the first fermentation. If it is fermented at room temperature, it is best to cover it with plastic wrap to prevent water loss! Fermentation for 1 hour is twice as big as the original dough, just press it with your finger, and it will be fine without shrinkage!
5.
After the shot is over, knead the dough smoothly to exhaust! Cover with plastic wrap and continue proofing for 15 minutes!
6.
Weigh the dough again and divide it into 3 evenly!
7.
Roll the dough into a beef tongue shape, with a thinner side, and then roll it up with the thinner side at the bottom!
8.
After the completion of the sequence, the dough is discharged into the mold, sent into the oven, and put a bowl of water in the oven to keep the humidity! The oven temperature must not exceed 30 degrees! (Because too high fermentation temperature will affect the survival of yeast!) Fermentation for 40 minutes
9.
Cover the mold cover when it is fermented to 9 minutes! Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, and bake the middle and lower layers for 35 minutes! If you don't add a lid, you can add tin foil after coloring!
10.
Put the baked toast on the grill and cut it when it is cold! Store in a fresh-keeping bag!
Tips:
Tips Since everyone uses different oven models and brands, there must be varying degrees of temperature deviation, so you must operate according to your own oven temperament! Know your own oven to make delicious bread and cakes! When adding milk to the dough, do not add it all at once. The water absorption of the flour is different, so pay attention to the time of kneading. As long as the dough is not sticky, the dough is not very dry when pressed!
