Wild Blueberry & Lemon Chocolate

Put the cashew nuts in a food processor and stir until lightly crushed.

Add coconut, coconut milk, honey, berry powder, coconut powder and lemon zest and mix until all ingredients are well combined.

Shape it into a ball and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Put the chocolate and coconut oil together to melt, then spread the chocolate balls on the chocolate, put in and refrigerate for several hours until the chocolate sets.
