Wild Purple Lingzhi Tea
1.
Prepare 30 grams of wild purple Ganoderma lucidum.
2.
Cut wild purple Ganoderma lucidum into slices.
3.
Rinse quickly, add to the pot, add red dates.
4.
Add seven to eight bowls of water.
5.
Bring to a high heat first, then turn to a low heat and simmer for about 30 minutes, the color of Lingzhi tea will become thicker. Because I use a good quality stainless steel pot to cook on a slow fire, it locks the water, and there are six and a half bowls of tea left after 40 minutes of boiling in seven bowls.
6.
Purple Ganoderma is slightly bitter, and it is hardly bitter to make tea with red dates.
7.
This is the third time I have cooked the same wild Ganoderma lucidum. Wild Ganoderma is durable and can be boiled several times. Until the color fades completely and the drink is tasteless
Tips:
Ganoderma lucidum is wild. In our Dayaoshan, Guangxi, I pick it by myself and buy it from local Yao people. There are many Ganoderma lucidum on the Internet, but most of the Ganoderma lucidum is cultivated. It has no medicinal value and is harmful to the health , So you guys must polish your eyes, so as not to buy fakes.
