The bones are blanched in boiling water to remove blood; I choose pork spine for the soup, but I like this part to have a lot of meat and it is fragrant. It is also good to use fan bones or pork shank.

Take a pot of water, add sliced Ganoderma lucidum, figs, ginger slices, meat bones, etc. (The whole Ganoderma lucidum is more difficult to cut, so I will buy sliced ones to save trouble)

Bring the water to a boil on high heat, then turn to low heat and cook for about 2 hours. When the soup color turns to a little coffee color, put in the washed goji berries, boil for about 5 minutes, add salt

Put the salt and cook for 1 minute, turn off the heat, and serve the soup. Please note that the salt should not be put too early. Putting the soup too early will make the soup sour, and the taste and taste will not be good.
