Squeeze fresh carrot juice and add 120 ml to the bucket of the bread machine.

Except butter, put other ingredients in the order of liquid first, then solid, and yeast last.

Start the kneading program for 25 minutes. After the program is over, put in the butter block and start kneading again for 20 minutes.

Take out the dough and beat it for about 10 minutes to get a better film.

2. The bread machine is powerful enough, and it doesn't need to be beaten. The beating is just to increase the gluten of the dough and better the film.
