Winter Health Vegetables-poria Cocos Yam Bone Soup

Prepare the materials.

Wash the Poria and Coix with water.
3.
Put water in the pot, put the pig bones in the hot water, remove the foam and clean it.

Put enough water in the electric casserole, put the pork bones, green onion, ginger, barley, and tuckahoe wrapped in gauze.

Put in the right amount of cooking wine.

Simmer until the meat is tender. (4 hours)
7.
Peel the yam and cut into sections.

Pour the yam into the electric saucepan.
9.
Continue to simmer until the yam is soft and rotten, just add appropriate amount of salt.
Tips:
The electric casserole I use has a longer simmering time. If you use an ordinary casserole, the time can be reduced.
