Winter Melon & Wolfberry Pork Ribs Soup

Ingredients: ribs, winter melon ginger, cooking wine, pork crown, dried wolfberry and hawthorn slices

Chop the ribs into small pieces, wash and drain the water; peel the winter melon and cut into pieces; slice the ginger.

Boil the ribs in a pot of boiling water for 5 minutes, blanch the blood foam

Put the ribs, ginger, pork crown, dried hawthorn slices, cooking wine and appropriate amount of water in a clay pot

Skim the foam and simmer on a low fire for about 60 minutes. The time can be determined according to the amount of ribs

Add winter melon and goji berries and simmer for about 20 minutes. Add salt and put in a basin. The delicious ribs and winter melon are ready
Tips:
In the pot for braising ribs, add enough water at one time, do not add cold water halfway
You don’t need to add salt when you stew, and you can add it to the soup pot when you eat.
Dried hawthorn slices can remove the fishy smell and make the ribs cooked quickly
