Winter Melon and Barley Pork Rib Soup

Prepare winter melon, ginger and spring onions, 2 kinds of small ribs soak in water for half an hour, then wash and control water

Wash barley, peel and remove the seeds of winter melon, wash and cut into thin slices

Boil the ribs in a pot under cold water first, then remove them and wash them

Start another pot, put the ribs and barley into the pot, pour water, add ginger, green onion and rice wine

Cover the high heat and boil, remove the foam, cover, turn to low heat and simmer for about 45 minutes

Then open the lid and turn to high heat, add winter melon, and turn off the heat after the winter is transparent.
7.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion after serving and enjoy
Tips:
1. I added salty ribs to this soup, so the salty taste is enough, no salt is added, adjust according to my own taste.
2. Use a low heat in the stewing pot and add more water so that you don't add water in the middle.
