Winter Melon and Barley Soup

The materials are ready.

After washing the coix seed, soak it in clean water for 2 hours;

Winter melon peeled and fleshed;

Cut into slices about 5mm thick;

Put the wax gourd slices and the soaked coix seed into a casserole and cook for about 10 minutes over medium heat;

Tips:
1. If the barley needs to be boiled for a long time without soaking in water, soak it in advance.
