Winter Melon and Clam Soup

Wash the wax gourd, peel and slice it.

Chopped green onions.
3.
Heat oil in the pan, add chopped green onion and saute until fragrant.

Add winter melon and stir fry.
5.
Add appropriate amount of water and simmer.
6.
Wash the clams and set aside.
7.
Boil until boiling.
8.
Add clams and continue to simmer.
9.
Chopped coriander.
10.
The clams are cooked until the shell opens.
11.
Add salt to taste.
12.
Add the chopped coriander before serving.
