Winter Melon and Shrimp Soup

Remove the head and tail of the fresh shrimp, peel off the shell and pick out the shrimp string on the back and abdomen, and put it in a small bowl

Add a little cooking wine, salt and dry starch

Grab well and marinate for 10 minutes

Wash the wax gourd, peel and remove the flesh and slice it

Shredded ginger

Cut green onions into small pieces and set aside

Pour the winter melon slices
