Winter Melon, Barley, Kelp Soup

Wash barley and set aside

Boil the bones in a pot under cold water and wash them after scalding the bleeding water

Put the washed bones and barley into the pressure cooker

Add appropriate amount of water, cover the pressure cooker and press on medium heat for 25 minutes

Wash the winter melon without peeling it, cut it into thicker pieces
6.
Wash the kelp and drain it for later use

Open the lid and boil the pressed bone soup
8.
Add winter melon and kelp
9.
Cook until the winter melon is cooked thoroughly and add salt to taste
10.
Finished product.
