It’s cold and you can make some delicious ribs soup. Today I’ll have a big bone soup with some winter melon and corn.

Winter Melon Corn Big Bone Soup

1. Add the big bones to the water, add the cooking wine and cook for three minutes

2. Then clean it and put it in a saucepan

3. Then add the green onion and ginger before adding the aniseed

4. Turn to high heat and simmer for three hours

5. Simmer until the aroma comes out

6. Corn cut

7. Add to the pot and simmer for another hour

8. Peel and cut winter melon

9. Then add it to the saucepan

10. Add salt

11. Simmer for two hours, that's it
