Winter Melon Duck Soup

Peel the winter melon, wash and cut into small pieces of even size

Blanched duck

Chopped green onion

Prepare a piece of ginger

Pour duck meat and ginger into a saucepan, add appropriate amount of water and simmer for 2 hours; add winter melon after simmering for 1.5 hours, add salt when drinking the soup
Tips:
The winter melon should be put after the duck is simmered for 1 and a half hours. If it is put early, the winter melon will be easy to simmer; the soup is stewed and seasoned with salt.
