The best Malaysian fish bladder, I have eaten it many times after the hair is good. Change the way of eating this time and use it to make soup. Paired with the good and favorite winter melon, and sprinkled some carrots before it is out of the pot. The seasoning only added salt and pepper. Although it looks ordinary, it is actually a delicious and healthy soup.

Winter Melon Fish Maw Soup

1. Dried fish maw soak in cold water

2. Put the soaked fish maw into the pot and cook, remove it and drain the water. Add appropriate amount of wheat flour in water to remove the oily smell

3. Winter melon peeled and fleshed

4. Cut the winter melon into hob pieces

5. Fish maw back knife, chopped carrots

6. Start the frying pan, stir-fry the fish maw and ginger

7. Stir-fry winter melon

8. Add appropriate amount of water, cover the pot and cook

9. Cook until the ingredients are cooked, chopped carrots into the pot and stir evenly

10. Add salt and pepper, stir evenly, turn off the heat, serve and enjoy

Tips:

This soup is very delicious and it is not advisable to add a variety of condiments.
