Winter Melon Fish Maw Soup

Dried fish maw soak in cold water

Put the soaked fish maw into the pot and cook, remove it and drain the water. Add appropriate amount of wheat flour in water to remove the oily smell

Winter melon peeled and fleshed

Cut the winter melon into hob pieces

Fish maw back knife, chopped carrots

Add appropriate amount of water, cover the pot and cook

Cook until the ingredients are cooked, chopped carrots into the pot and stir evenly

This soup is very delicious and it is not advisable to add a variety of condiments.
