Winter Melon Meatball Soup

Ingredients: winter melon, pork filling, vermicelli, coriander, green onion, minced ginger

Add the minced ginger, cooking wine, white pepper, and salt to the pork filling, stir well and set aside;

Soak the vermicelli in warm water for ten minutes and remove it for later use;

Boil hot water from the pot, add winter melon after the water boils;

Before the water is boiled (so that the small balls will not be boiled), use a small spoon to make small balls of the mixed pork filling, and put them into the pot (brush a little sesame oil on the small spoon to prevent adhesion);

When the balls are about to be cooked, add the soaked vermicelli to the pot. The soup can be served after boiling. Then add salt, chicken essence, sesame oil according to your taste, and finally sprinkle a small handful of coriander or shallots.
