Winter Melon Soup

Wash the wax gourd, peel it and cut it into thin slices!

Heat up the pan, pour in the right amount of cooking oil, saute the ginger and garlic, fry the flavor and pour into the cut winter melon slices!

Stir fry for a few minutes and add appropriate amount of water! Bring to a boil, turn to a low heat and simmer for 15 minutes, add a little bit of delicious and vinegar, and sprinkle with chopped green onion! Out of the pot!
