Winter Melon Soup

Wash the tube bones and put them in a pressure cooker, then add sliced ginger and green onion, add cold water and a little sugar, cover the pot and cook until SAIC has turned off the heat for 15 minutes.

Wash the winter melon and cut into pieces for later use

Wait for the pressure cooker to get off air, add the winter melon cubes, cover the pot and cook until SAIC for 3 minutes, then turn off the heat.

After the pressure cooker is out of air, add salt and simmer for two minutes, then add the shallots and chicken essence.
5.
Pour into a bowl and serve
Tips:
The tube bone should not be boiled, otherwise the nutrient content of the tube bone marrow will be easily lost.
