Winter Melon Vermicelli Soup

Prepare the ingredients, peel and slice the winter melon, soak the vermicelli and wakame in water for 10 minutes, shred the ham and shred the ginger.

Stir-fry the shredded ginger in a hot pan with hot oil, add winter melon and stir fry.

Add the ham when the winter melon is slightly sautéed.

Add an appropriate amount of water to a boil.

Add vermicelli and cook for 2 minutes, add salt to taste, and finally add wakame and cook.

The wakame is very fresh and delicious.
Tips:
No wakame can be added.
