Winter Melon Vermicelli Soup

Preparation: winter melon, vermicelli, green onion ginger, black or white pepper, etc.

Wash the vermicelli, peel the winter melon, remove the flesh and cut into pieces, chop the green onion, and slice the ginger.

Use chicken juice or stock in water, add winter melon, vermicelli, pepper, salt and other condiments.

Tips:
