Winter Melon with Minced Meat

Ingredients: winter melon, Jinhua ham slices, lean meat, garlic cloves

Mince lean meat, shred ham slices, peel and cut winter melon into large cubes, smash garlic cloves

Tips:
Both shredded ham and cured minced meat have a salty taste, do not add salt after cooking. Cut the winter melon cubes as small as possible to make them easy to cook.
