Winter Squash in Oyster Sauce

One piece of winter melon, wash, peel and remove flesh.

Winter melon slices.

Heat the pan with cold oil, add the chopped green onion and ginger, and cook the shrimp skin in the pan.

Pour the winter melon and stir fry for a while.

Pour in oyster sauce and continue to stir fry.

Add a little salt and stir fry evenly.

Add a little water and reduce to medium heat for a while.
