Winter Warming Claypot Dishes

Ingredients: tofu puffs, Chinese cabbage, dried shrimps, meatloaf, dried mushrooms, garlic cloves, carrots

Handling ingredients: Wash the dried mushrooms twice and then soak them until soft. Don't pour out the water used to soak the mushrooms and keep them. Soak the dried shrimps for a while, soak the small tofu and wash off. The larger one is recommended to be cut. Cut the patties, peel the garlic cloves and pat flat, and cut the carrots into thin sections

Soak and clean Chinese cabbage, drain and cut into sections. Shredded mushrooms

Heat the pan, pour in some cooking oil, add garlic, dried shrimps and sauté

Add carrot sticks and shredded shiitake mushrooms and stir fry

Tips:
Home-cooked dishes can be added with ingredients according to your preferences. Vegetables can be replaced with beans, enoki mushrooms, lotus root, water melon, radish, fungus, cauliflower, snow peas, and so on.
