Wok Clams
1.
Spit the clams in light salt water in advance and wash them.
2.
Heat the wok over a strong fire until it smokes.
3.
Put in clams.
4.
Flip a few times with a frying spoon.
5.
Cover cover.
6.
Stew until the clams open, turn off the heat immediately.
Tips:
Clams need to be soaked in light salt water to spit sand.
Clams are best eaten fresh, if they cannot be eaten in time after they are bought, they should be kept frozen. But before freezing, let it spit sand, wash and drain and then freeze.
