Wolfberry Fruit Sushi

Wash the medlar with water

Then add 3 times the water to make goji berry juice

After washing the rice, pour it into the wolfberry juice. If the wolfberry juice is not enough, add a little water to it, as much water as usual for steamed rice!

Stir it, mix well, put it in the rice cooker and steam the rice!

Make sushi vinegar while steaming rice. Mix 3 tablespoons of white vinegar, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and 1 tablespoon of salt.

Cut the cantaloupe and banana into strips and the raisins into fine dices!

After the rice is steamed, stir it with a rice spoon to dissipate the heat.

Then pour the sushi vinegar into the rice and stir well

Start rolling the sushi and place the seaweed on top of the sushi curtain

Then spread the rice on top of the seaweed

Then spread the salad dressing on the bottom

Put the melon banana strips and raisins on the place where the salad dressing is applied!

Then roll up from bottom to top and cut into 3 sections

Make a diagonal cut in the middle of each small section, and you're done!
Tips:
1. If the wolfberry juice is not enough when steaming rice, just add a little water to it, just as much water as usual for steaming rice!
2. Spread the rice flat on top of the seaweed, pay attention to leaving a little empty at the beginning and the end, do not spread too much, otherwise it will squeeze out when rolled!
