Wonton Eggs

Prepare the ingredients.
2.
Heat oil in a pot, add wontons and fry until they are shaped.
3.
Add appropriate amount of water.
4.
Cover the pot and simmer until the water has evaporated.
5.
Chop carrots and green onions.
6.
Beat the eggs with salt.
7.
Add carrots and green onions and stir well.
8.
Pour into the pan and fry until cooked.
Tips:
1. Cooked wontons can also be used.
2. Fry slowly throughout the whole process.
