I feel that everything in the world is magical, just like the perfect combination of eggs and wontons can become so delicious. If you have frozen wontons in the refrigerator, you can pack more and store them in the refrigerator. The fried wontons have a translucent skin, and most importantly, there are eggs. I love the crispy texture of the fried wontons!

Wonton Eggs

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Heat oil in a pot, add wontons and fry until they are shaped.

3. Add appropriate amount of water.

4. Cover the pot and simmer until the water has evaporated.

5. Chop carrots and green onions.

6. Beat the eggs with salt.

7. Add carrots and green onions and stir well.

8. Pour into the pan and fry until cooked.

Tips:

1. Cooked wontons can also be used.
2. Fry slowly throughout the whole process.
